SUPERVISION & MENTORING
Supervision and mentoring is provided to select practitioners whom are wanting to develop their own programs or be supported and supervised in their existing work. This process is for people who want to offer professional and deep work with their clients/client group.
Supervision for EAP, GEP and Equine learning practitioners in Core Competencies in - the facilitator –client relationship, therapeutic and change processes, case/client review and support, program design, ethics, boundaries, and 'self' as therapist/human development practitioner – developing one's own embodied awareness, congruency, presence, and specifically working with personal core organising themes and patterns in relation to practice.
Specialist focus on the relationship one has with their horse- partners in their practice as the basis of physical, emotional and integrated safety and efficacy– stretching core competencies and skills in the horse-human relationship.
$90 sessions, Skype and GEPA based, in the room, and with the horses.
This process is open to diverse practitioners – you do not need to be a qualified psychotherapist . Practitioners working with various models and approaches, ie GEP, Eagala, Epona, Kathy Pike, Barbara Rector, Arianna Strozzi, Levinson, etc.
